Find yourself a quiet spot by yourself. Make yourself comfortable. (Many meditators find that sitting upright in a straight back chair, with feet lightly planted on the floor, legs at right angles to your thighs, and your back straight at also right angles to your thighs, provides the most comfortable position for meditating in silence.)
