Personal Practices

In this section, we will explore spiritual practices that might be helpful in our own personal situation as we try to come to grips with the monumental changes happening in our lives as a result of the pandemic. All these practices are designed to remind us that we are not trapped, we are not out of control, we are not in freefall.

We will offer suggestions in the following areas:

    4. To honour our radical co-dependence

    5. To re-balance our understanding of Providence

    6. When Covid 19 strikes
